Issue- Dead-Tooth Jacks Lock box is bugged, You cannot acsess the chest.. it uses the key and does not give you any loot.
Fix- Dead-tooth Jack Now drops the required token for the quest line, Collect it from him and take it back to the quest Giver.
**NOTE** Dead-Tooth Jack still drops his key. Will look at removing it from his drop table.
