Princess the boar

Issue- the quest where you have to kill princess the boar and take her collar, was bugged.. you could take the quest but no princess to be found..

Fix- Spawned in Princess the boar, killed her and took the collar and handed in the quest.. the quest is 100% working. After killing her she re-spawned.

**NOTE** Spawn times probably aint an issue.. as far as i can tell princess respawns almost instantly. changing her spawn times might be worth the discussion. will leave it as is for the time being
